Root Cathedral is a massive open-air venue at Burning Man 2019. It has two main modes: daytime and nighttime. During the day, Seven Flowers transforms Root Cathedral into an interactive spatial sound space. Participants can engage with spatially-mapped soundscapes activated by interactive devices placed throughout the structure. During the night Root Cathedral will be augmented by Root Society’s sound vehicle, creating a sound stage for DJ/VJ shows from sunset to sunrise.
